Our story.
My wife and I have three boys under 7, and coaching their teams has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Like a lot of parents, we wish we could bottle these seasons up before they’re gone.
We buy the team photos. We take the phone videos. We save the GameChanger clips. But those rarely capture what youth sports actually feel like — the dugout energy, the walk-up music, the nervous moments, the big plays, the friendships, the tears, the dogpiles, and the pride on their faces when they feel like real athletes.
I’m a husband, father, and coach. I’m also a professional film and television producer. So when I wanted something more meaningful for my son’s team, I approached it the way I would any production: with the right crew, the right equipment, and a clear story to tell.
That first video gave our team’s families something they didn’t know they needed — not just highlights, but a cinematic memory of a season their kids can’t relive.

Turnaround depends on the package — most Player videos deliver in 7–10 business days, and Team or Tournament packages in 10–14 business days, starting after your final scheduled shoot day. If you're working toward a specific date (banquet, awards night, season send-off), let us know when you book and we'll flag any rush options.

Final videos and photos are delivered digitally through a private online link — easy to download, save, and share. You own the right to use your final delivered video or photos for personal, team, and social media use. Raw, unedited footage is not included and remains ours unless purchased separately — if you're interested in raw footage, just ask when you book.

We're happy to confirm shoot-day details directly with your coach or league once you connect us — but we do rely on whoever is booking (parent or coach) to provide venue access, schedule details, and the right coach/league contact information up front. The more we know ahead of time, the smoother shoot day goes for everyone.

As parents and coaches ourselves, we take the safety of kids very seriously. We require all on-camera participants to sign release forms, and we make a concerted effort not to feature anyone who hasn't opted in. Everyone on our team has cleared extensive background checks.

Youth sports schedules shift — we get it. We'll do our best to reschedule the shoot at no extra cost, based on availability, as long as we're given reasonable notice of the change.
If you need to cancel a booking on your end, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot are not guaranteed a deposit refund, at our discretion.
